Shipping policy

Every order is printed, packed and shipped from California within 1–2 business days.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, no matter how many parts are in your cart. It's added at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. If you're outside the US, our Etsy shop may be able to help.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Every order ships with tracking, and we'll email you the tracking number when it ships.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking stops moving, your package shows as delivered but never arrived, or it shows up damaged, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order details and a photo of any damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Sales tax

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Orders from Etsy or Amazon

Orders placed on Etsy or Amazon follow that marketplace's shipping terms and tracking.
